Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

OUR COMMITMENTS AND POLICIES

TESSE WATCHES strives to produce the highest quality products with only the world’s best materials to meet only the highest expectations. TESSE meticulously and individually designs and hand assembles every product leaving TESSE's doors. Ultimately, TESSE stands behind its Swiss-made products, and customer satisfaction is the first priority.

WARRANTY

All TESSE watches carry a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the warranty card.  This includes the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. The warranty excludes any issues that occur due to mishandling and/or damaging the watch.  Normal wear-and-tear on the bracelet/strap is also excluded. Furthermore, any work carried out by a non-authorized third party will void the warranty.

The TESSE warranty is only valid if the owner has the completed warranty card in their possession along with the matching serial number on the watch.

The TESSE warranty can be transferred once to a secondary owner of the watch. The original owner must contact us at info@tesse-watches.com so the information can be recorded. The secondary owner will receive the remaining balance of the original 2-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions


This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:

  1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.
  2. Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.
  3. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
  4. Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.
  5. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

RETURNS

Due to the prominent quality of TESSE's products and customer expectations, TESSE accepts Returns/Exchanges for products only in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED condition within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. Any protective plastic must still be in place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact TESSE within 30 days of the original purchase for instructions to return. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

You may also request an exchange for a similar or different product.

The customer is responsible for shipping per selected method.

Please note: personalized (engraved) watches cannot be returned since they have no resale value

Return items in the condition you received them in. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective films and tags attached and in the sleeve cover) and with a completed returns form.

Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to TESSE due to factory defects ONLY.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please email info@tesse-watches.com before returning any orders. Product returns are the responsibility of the customer, including custom fees and taxes. Returned goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. If it is damaged upon arrival, TESSE cannot accept the return.

To request a refund or exchange, please email info@tesse-watches.com within 7 days of your purchase, instructions and return address will be provided by email.

You are responsible for returning the watch to us using appropriate shipping method and at your expense. Tessé Watches is not responsible for lost or damaged products during that might occur during the return shipping.

Include in your package a signed letter with your full name and order number stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
